It's about the basics, the foundations of understanding how sound served for more than just entertainment, how it is directly related to our body, physically and energetically, and showing the practical effects on our own and our customers' experiences.
You will also be shown a short, simple audio exercise that can help us to relax and focus our attention on the here and now.
Then there is also a short "tasting" through sound experience as I perform it on my sound baths.
