Yikes, not another women's retreat

More and more often, we see events of this kind and others dedicated to some topic, which usually also leads to something unpleasant. How effective are they?

Well, that's always our decision. Even if we just have the awareness that things are not going easily in some area of ​​our life, it can be enough to open ourselves to the process of change, self-healing, growth, whatever is triggered in us. I believe in their well-being, because many times in our everyday life we ​​don't have the opportunity to "expose ourselves" like that, to show our vulnerabilities without fear of judgment or insult.

But if someone else, or even a group, supports us on this path, this effect can be potentiated at an exceptional frequency.

So I spent the weekend of 03-05-10-2025 at Debel Rtič with a group of wonderful girls. Souls whose inner voice was calling for her to get her strength and speak. To see the power of thought and how self-talk affects our emotions and actions. To feel that it is safe to express himself, to articulate his emotions that are activated in certain situations. At the same time, it is important for heartfelt and awakened communication that the other side is heard, accepted without expectations or judgments.

The deep wisdom hidden in the simple sentence "Communicate from Love, not for the sake of Love." This is one of those that touched me immeasurably and I gratefully took it with me into my heart, because I know that it will be a strong support for me both in my private life and in the implementation of my mission.

Angel Nina Sterle and star Nives Jurman took us on a journey into ourselves through a retreat with the intention of "Opening your voice". As the main actor, they included the planet Mercury, which illustrates the way we think, speak and learn. So our inner voice and the voice we open to the outside to share ourselves with are intertwined. We received an abundance of sparks that opened us up and supported us, both individually and as a group. Invisible ties are woven and a lot of that has been released, which otherwise would in all probability have been pressed into us for a long time, in our throat chakra, thus stifling our inner voice. There were lots of tears and laughter. There was a lot of Life, there was a lot of unconditional Love and acceptance.

I myself had one additional reason for gratitude, which words can hardly express. I was invited to support this whole process with sound. I prepared an evening for us where everyone could feel the power of their inner and outwardly audible voice. Such a harmony happened that writing these lines brings tears to my eyes again from the emotion and magic that happened. The process was intense, for each in its own way, each received through the sound and my singing what her soul needed at a given moment.

A moment of truth...I have never been on a retreat before. It was my first. He was extraordinary and I am filled with endless joy because he was exactly as he was. We ended it with the wonderful news that the next one is coming at the end of November. What exactly - will be known when they release more information. But for now, I know that I will be there. With a singing heart, because I was honored with a renewed invitation to support their transformation process with my gifts.
