Small Repairs and Personal Growth

I don't know, it's in me...I've always been creative and sewing is also one of the things I like to do (currently not for a long time, but I leave room for new opportunities)...
Although patching is not very fun and exciting, it helps me in other important aspects:

➡️ If I react when the "hole" is still small, then I have much less work and the repair is also less obvious (less pain, trauma, fears...).
➡️ If something is damaged, it does not mean that it is no longer worth it or that it does not deserve attention, because it served me until this moment - so now I can return it back (most often this applies to our body).
➡️ Some processes (personal growth) take a long time and perseverance and patience are rewarded, both inside and outside of us.
➡️ Focus and trust bring lightness, clarity and calmness to our intention (which can serve us in absolutely every area of our life).

I could probably find more, but I believe you got and understood my point of this entry. Now it's up to you what you will do with this awareness.
🤷‍♀️ You can let these "holes" in your soul continue to grow, your body screams for help even more, and you procrastinate and persist in unsupportive beliefs "it's hard, I have to, it's hard,...".

✨ But you have the option to do it differently. Something that will start to gently wake you up and move you in the direction of your heart, which has been telling you all along what it wants.
