The day started with a long nap. My body needs it these days. The girls got up nicely, made the beds, folded their washed clothes, removed the clean dishes from the dishwasher and prepared breakfast for all of us. 😍 No drama and no arguments that usually occur when there is an overall "charged atmosphere" at home. Today the morning passed peacefully. Now they are playing, coloring, playing instruments, and I am writing this to you. Spontaneously, without really knowing what will happen. I am here and now, in the flow of words. 😉

Expectations? Hahaha, it would be great if it was like this all day, hahaha 😁. But let it be as it will be, otherwise expectations are already creating room for a counter effect ⇒ disappointment.

Yes, days like these are wonderful teachers. That's when that divine energy flows and I know for myself that when I'm in a given moment, a sound opens up to me, which is even deeper. When you really let go and be.
