**When the world stops for a few hours and you can meet yourself again.**

How many times do you tell yourself that you will take time for yourself?
Then comes a new day. Obligations. Telephone. Errands. Thoughts that jump from one thing to another.
And somewhere in between you forget about yourself.

**Summer Breeze in Sound and Pictures** is an invitation to put aside all the roles you wear every day for a few hours. To come as you are. No expectations. No need to prove anything.

First, you surrender to the gentle vibrations of intuitive singing and sounds that invite the body into deep relaxation. Slowly the breath calms down. Thoughts become quieter. The tension eases. You start to hear yourself.

As the inner space opens, we gently continue it through creation.
We don't create to create a perfect picture.
We create so that colors can say what words sometimes cannot.

The brush is guided by feeling. Colors follow intuition. And what is created on the canvas often surprises even those who say they are not creative.

You don't need any prior knowledge.
You just need permission to take time for yourself.

At the end, you don't just take home a picture.
You take home a sense of peace. More ease. A softer attitude towards yourself. And your unique picture, which will long be a memory of the moment when you reconnected with yourself.

**What awaits you?**

- sonic release with intuitive singing and instruments
- creating on canvas under gentle guidance
- a safe space without judging and comparing
- all the material is ready for you
- pleasant gathering in a small group

**The workshop is also suitable for you if:**

- you think you can't draw
- you want to calm your mind
- you miss time for yourself
- you like to create or you haven't allowed yourself to do it for a long time,
- you want to end the summer more connected to yourself.

**Date:** August 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m
**Location:** Lesca
**Duration:** about 3.5-4 hours
**Contribution:** €55 (all materials included)

✨ If something gently called you while reading, trust it.

We look forward to meeting you.
