## How does the sound bath work?

## A place of safety and relaxation

Each session begins with a calm down. We create a safe space where you can let go of tension and open up to the vibrations. The sound of sacred musical instruments, mantras and voices spread throughout the room, gently enveloping you and leading you into deep relaxation. The purpose is clear: regeneration, balancing and awakening of inner intuition.

Various musical instruments are used in the sound bath: crystal bowls, drums, bells, lyre, flute, shruti, rattles, as well as the voice - as the oldest and most powerful tool of expression. Each musical instrument has its own vibration, history and purpose:

- **Singing bowls** – have been used for thousands of years in Tibetan and Himalayan traditions. Their crystal or metallic tones bring softness, clarity and a sense of inner balance. The vibrations spread like waves through the body and relax it.
- **Mantras and voice** - the human voice is the oldest known musical instrument. In all cultures, the voice has been used to pray, call upon spiritual forces, or heal. Mantras with repetitive sound open the heart, clear the space and help the mind to focus.
- **Drums** – one of the oldest instruments in the world, present in almost all cultures. Shamans used them to travel between worlds, to heal and connect with the community. The rhythm of the drum awakens inner strength, grounds and connects with the natural flow of life.
- **Lyre** - already known in ancient Greek mythology, where it symbolized divine order and art. Its angelic, crystal clear tones bring lightness, a sense of light and inner peace. The sound of the lyre often resembles the gentle singing of the stars.
- **Shruti** – a traditional Indian musical instrument that produces a smooth, warm and deep tone. In classical Indian music, it serves as a foundation that gives a sense of stability and supports the melody. In the sound bath, shruti creates a sense of security, foundation and reassurance.
- **Flute** – one of the oldest wind instruments, found even in archaeological sites over 40,000 years old. It is considered a symbol of the breath of life in many cultures. Its melody opens up a space of lightness, freedom, tenderness and inner flow.
- **Rattles** – have been used in shamanic rituals for thousands of years. The sound of the rattle invigorates energy, cleans the space and brings liveliness. It is often used to connect with heart rhythm and as an aid in releasing blockages.
- ... the range of musical instruments changes and complements, so each sound bath is a new experience.

Opinions of satisfied customers:

*"The sound bath at Milijanka is much more than just the divine harmony of instruments and her voice, it is more like the warm hug you need after a hard day.*
*It offers you a safe place where you can put down all your burdens.*
*Despite the fact that I have been to different group sound baths before, the experience is incomparable. The deep relaxation, peace and "everything is fine" mindset after finishing lasted for the whole next day.*
*Thank you, Milijanka, for giving us all this. ♥️"*

Choose a sound bath for you

### An individual sound bath

It is the most intimate way to experience it. It is meant for you personally – to listen to yourself and allow your body, mind and heart to reconnect.

### Advantages:

- perfect adaptation to your current needs,
- reduction of stress and physical tension,
- support for insomnia or restless thoughts,
- a deeper connection with your intuition,
- a feeling of security and deep inner relaxation.

Duration: about 60-75 minutes. Just enough to get away from the outside world and recharge with new energy.

### Sound Bath for couples

A special experience for two. Together, they create a space where sound supports everyone individually and at the same time your relationship as a whole. The vibrations not only touch the individual, but build a bridge between you.

### Why is this a gift for your relationship?

Partnerships often carry invisible burdens – stress, unspoken emotions, differences in energy. A sound bath for couples helps you both relax and reconnect at the same time. You don't have to speak - the vibrations create a space where you feel on a deeper, heart level.

### Advantages for the individual:

- relaxation of body and mind,
- greater emotional clarity,
- a deeper understanding of one's own needs.

### Benefits for the couple:

- greater emotional closeness and compassion,
- easier communication and listening to each other,
- a sense of mutual support,
- joint regeneration that strengthens the relationship.

Duration: about 75-90 minutes.

### Group sound bath

In a group, the sound gets even more powerful. The synergy of people immersing themselves in vibrations together brings a sense of belonging and connection. However, it remains a personal experience, as everyone receives what they need most at that moment.

### What makes the group special?

When several people gather in the same space, a group field is created - a collective energy that is amplified by vibrations. It's like an orchestra of souls, where everyone contributes their own tone, and together they create a symphony of connection.

### Advantages:

- sense of belonging and community,
- enhanced energy through the group field,
- the possibility of connecting and sharing experiences with others,
- a more accessible form of experience.

Duration: depending on the event. From one to several hour events, if it is a combination with a workshop and the like.
