Open yourself to the limitless source of love that already resides within you. This guided visualisation gently guides you into an inner space of peace where you can let go of the sadness, pain, and emotional wounds that weigh you down. With the support of a soothing voice, you will feel how warmth and grace embrace you, filling you with a sense of security and love.

When you connect with your own source of love, you open yourself up to deep healing and harmony – both with yourself and with others. This visualisation is a gift to the heart that reminds you again and again that love never leaves - it just waits for you to accept it.
